Measuring for Inside Mount Window Blinds: - Find Width: Measure the exact width at the top, middle, and bottom of the inside window opening. Deduct 1/4" from the narrowest width for the shade width. - Find Height: Measure from the top side to the sill for the height. Use the longest height measurement for the shade height. - For a flush installation with the window frame, a minimum window depth of 2.5 inches is required.

Measuring for Outside Mount Window Blinds: - Find Width: Measure the exact distance between the outermost points where the blind will be placed. Ensure the measurements overlap each side of the window frame by 1.5-3 inches. - Find Height: Measure from where the top of the blind will be located to the top of the sill. If there is no sill or if the shade overlaps the window frame, measure accordingly.
